Psychological Therapy Referrals

Clients may be referred under:

  • Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)

  • Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTP)

  • Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)

  • Private referral or self-referral

Adult ADHD Assessment

A standard GP referral letter is sufficient for ADHD assessment.

Comprehensive adult ADHD assessments include:

• Clinical interview

• DIVA-5 structured interview

• Psychometric screening measures

• Diagnostic clarification

• Written report and GP feedback

ADHD assessments are privately billed.

Psychiatric referral pathways may be discussed where clinically indicated.
